Save Formulation Detail
This feature offers general workflow support allowing users to return to a formulation detail of interest; customers have expressed interest in being able to save a record to return to later when they are reviewing a large number of search results.
Upon clicking the Save button on a Formulation Detail page, a save window displays with the option to edit the saved item name; note the Name field is prepopulated with the formulation title for convenience.
Saved items can be accessed through the Saved icon in the top navigation bar.
Note: With the addition of the Saved icon in the top navigation bar, the Search History icon has been removed. Search history can be accessed through the Recent Search History section of the home page or via the CAS Formulus menu in Saved Items or Alerts.
Save Formulation Results
Offers general workflow support allowing users to return to a formulation query of interest; customers have expressed a desire to save queries for later review.
Upon clicking the Save button on a Formulations result page, a save window displays and prompts users to enter a name for the saved item. The results and query along with any applied filters are saved.
Saved items can be accessed through the Saved icon in the top navigation bar.
Set Alerts on Formulation Results
Specific customer requests have focused on setting alerts to keep tabs on competitors, stay informed of new formulations matching their criteria and advancements in their field, and monitor the use of their own ingredients to identify potential market expansions.
Users can set an alert at the time of saving a query or from the Saved Items page, and can select a weekly or monthly alert frequency.
Notifications are displayed when there are new results to view.
Alerts can be accessed through the Alerts icon in the top navigation bar.
